Refund Policy for GPTSchool.ai
We offer a 15-day refund policy, which means you can request a refund within 15 days of purchasing your course.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are only available for first-time purchases.
- Refund requests must include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email.

How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process, please email us at contact@gptschool.ai with your order details and reason for the refund request. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 10 business days and notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damages or Technical Issues
If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or offer an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are non-refundable, including:
- Discounted or sale items (e.g., Black Friday promotions).
- Gift cards or other prepaid credits.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your course purchase within 14 days of purchase, regardless of whether you’ve accessed the course content. To cancel your purchase, contact us at contact@gptschool.ai.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
